1. What amenities are available at Woodland Shores?

Woodland Shores is a conservancy subdivision on the shores of Lake Michigan with a 37-acre “backyard”. Each and every season is nature’s postcard. From the walking trails, views of the ravines, meadows and the beach on the lake with access for residents, it has everything to offer

2. What size of home is required and what are the association fees?

The minimum size is 3000 sq. ft. and the maximum is 7000 sq. ft. Association dues estimated at $1200 per year. This will include maintenance of entryways, ponds, common area landscaping, beach path access and walking trails.

Construction must commence within five years.

4. What schools are located in the area?

In addition to the Grafton Public Schools, there are several Catholic and Lutheran grade schools in Grafton, Cedarburg and Port Washington. University School (k4-12) is located just 10 minutes away in Mequon. Several Catholic and Lutheran high schools are located within 20 30 minutes.
